Dots is a Tomytec toy product found in Japan. It is used to assemble pictures, which some are Mario and Luigi sprites.
Use
Each set contains a different number of pegs in varous colors, which is used to create pictures. Also given, is a number of trays, that can be attached to create larger pictures.
