- This article's name comes from (the manual for) Yoshi's New Island (Section 14: Transformation), but there's also a "Transformation Door" mentioned in (the manual for) Yoshi's Woolly World (Section 13: Items and Things). I don't know enough about the games to say if the Whirly Gate and the Transformation Door are one and the same, but I'm laying the info out there for someone who knows better.
