A Shroom Roast is a meal made by Zess T. in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made by cooking a Volt Shroom, Life Shroom, or Slow Srhroom.
It is also cooked in Super Paper Mario (called a "Roast Shroom Dish") by Saffron, from a Life Shroom or a Super Shroom Shake. It heals 30 HP and cures poison.
