Nature Road is the only course to start out in anti-gravity. At the beginning, there is a set of item boxes and a turn on a wooden bridge. There are jumps leading to another path which leads to another wooden bridge. At the end of this bridge, there is a glider pad which leads to a wooden platform with a Shy Guy's face on it. After a few more turns, and driving down a waterfall, there is a water-filled area where the player can drive on lily pads. After this area, there is a jump onto a wooden bridge, which the player can ride on to get to the start/finish line.
