Template:Levelbox Clear Pipe Puzzleplex is the 13th course in Episode 2 of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. This level takes place in space with a maze of Clear Pipes. The player will need 60 Super Gems to unlock this stage. Toadette starts on a platform in front of the maze. Toadette will have to maneuver around the labyrinth to reach the Power Star on the other side.

Super Gems
- Super Gem 1: Located in the air to the right of the starting area.
- Super Gem 2: Located to the left of the starting area, guarded by Fuzzies.
- Super Gem 3: In between two Mines. The Super Pickax is required to retrieve the gem.
Bonus Objective
- Collected 70 coins!
