In Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, Heavy Troopas are giant, overweight Paratroopas that are about 4 times larger than ordinary Troopas. They have a special launch attack that takes 2 turns of battle to prepare for. They are similar to Tub-O-Troopas, which are even refered to as Heavy Troopas by the game when it states "Heavy Troopa's ready to launch."
