What's the difference between Magmaargh and Magmaw on SMG? Does one kill you instantly or does one move faster? I want to know.
- Magmaargh have more animal-like bodies while the Magmaw is a lava blob with a face. It depends on which game they appear in, but a general rule is that if it's a traditional style platformer, they will probably kill Mario instantly since they're made of laval, but in Galaxy, they burn Mario's butt and remove one wedge from his health. They both appeared in Super Mario Galaxy 2 and have different Japanese names, thus emphasizing their distinction, so you can't say one is a redesign of the other. It's me, Mario!
