Joe is a male, Human golfer in the Mario Golf series. He used to be a disco pro, but later turned to golfing. He has still kept his flair all these years, though. He even still has a ponytail and wears cool shades. He is a showoff and is a balanced golfer. The current champ of the Marion Singles tourney, and along with Putts, the doubles tourney.
