Wingo is the major antagonist in the game Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. She is first seen stealing a Power Star from Captain Toad and Toadette. She flies away while Toadette holds on to the star, thus capturing her.
She will then be fought in a dark tower level, where she carries Toadette and hinders Captain Toad's progress through the level. When Captain Toad arrives at the top of the tower, a battle will begin. She can be defeated by having large Turnips thrown at her.
Interestingly, Wingo's turban has a feather that highly resembles a Cape Feather.
