The Teddy Buggy is one of the three ATV bodies that appear in Mario Kart 8, the other two are the Standard ATV and the Wild Wiggler. Unlike the previous two mentioned, it grants drivers no stat bonuses, meaning it's the only one of those to be an ATV.
When in anti-gravity mode, the legs move sideways along with the wheels equipped with the ATV. It's stats are identical to the Standard Kart, Cat Cruiser, Prancer, Sneeker, The Duke, and the 300 SL Roadster. Baby Peach can commonly be seen in this ATV, and both parts of her trailer on the website and her staff ghost in Sweet Sweet Canyon shows her in it.
