Don Pianta, also known as the Don of Untimely Death, is the boss of the Pianta Syndicate. He is orange-skinned, has a mustache, and wears a dark suit, dark sunglasses, and a gangster-style fedora in addition to his traditional hula-skirt.
He has a rebellious and demanding daughter named Francesca who elopes with Frankie (one of his mob-underlings) during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
