It has been requested that this article be rewritten and expanded to include more information.
The Segment starts with Mario getting a call for Luigi saying that a famous artist is coming over to give Luigi art lessons because he drew the best Tippy Turtle ever. After a bit, Vincent Van Gook shows up to give Luigi his art lessons. But after Mario clumsily drops some pasta on the ground the artist thinks Mario is a true artist. After a scene from the legend of Zelda it is revealed that the artist is really a con man after the Mario Bros. find this out they chase him out of his house and end the episode.
