The Bitsize Candy is a yellow Candy in Mario Party 8. It depicts an bit sized Mario on the wrapper, and, when a player uses it, his or her character turns into an 8-bit-like rendition (they transform into Mario from Super Mario Bros. just like the 8 but Mario from Super Mario Bros. in the picture on the wrapper). As a "Bitsize" character, they hit Coin Blocks with three coins inside each for every space they move until their turn is done (this is like the Flower Orb from Mario Party 7). This candy can be hidden on every board, but cannot be bought in shops.
Mario, Luigi, Blooper and Hammer Bro. have the same 8-bit movement and feature as they appear in Super Mario Bros., while Dry Bones has the same features from Super Mario Bros. 3. Boo has the same features from Super Mario World.
