No clouds, no rain, why is there lightning? Well in the Mario Kart series, the Thunderbolts are one of the items used in the game. It is usually received by Mario Kart racers near last in position, so they can catch up.
Effect
When using this item, it will shrink all other racers making them slower and weak. By this time, you can have a grand comeback and maybe win!

A Thunder Bolt is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The item summons a bolt of lightning that inflicts five damage to one enemy.
Thunder Rage is an attack item found in both Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The item summons a lighting storm that inflicts five damage to all enemies.
