The three-step process of the tree growing move.

Villager's moves include using his net to ensnare enemies, planting a tree, growing it, then chopping it down to hit enemies, using a shovel to bury enemies, knocking enemies over with a flowerpot, dropping a bowling ball, and catching projectiles that he can then use once. He can also attack with an umbrella, a slingshot, fireworks, or by pulling weeds.

The Villager is also able to hover using balloons that are either those that carry gifts and need to be shot down using a slingshot, or those from Balloon Fight.[1] They can be popped one at a time.[2]
