Luiginary Ball is a Dream World Bros. Attack in which the player controls a ball of Luiginoids. It's unlocked after getting all Attack Pieces from Dreamy Munshrise Park and it costs three BP.

If the Bros. Attack is used, then Dreamy Luigi will curl into a ball while Mario jumps on top of him, then start rolling around. The player must tilt the 3DS to control the ball, as well as steering it into more Luiginoids to give the attack some strength. Once the player reaches the enemies, Mario will automatically drop from the ball, giving the player a chance to pound A Button to roll it into the enemies. NOTE: For this last part, you'll still have to tilt the 3DS to deal with all the enemies on the battlefield.
