I think the tiny/huge world switches in this level is comparable to that one level in the Super Mario Bros. 3 giant world, where doors lead back and forth from the normal and huge monsters and blocks. No clue. And, yes, there is a comparison, Tiny-Huge Island may be in Giant Land. Max2 (talk) strangely, there's no giants... Or ARE there...
