On the way up [[Mt. Rugged]], Mario meets Parakarry, a [[Paratroopa]]. He tells Mario he works for the Post Office in [[Toad Town]], but he's lost three of his letters on Mt. Rugged. Mario must find all three letters and give them to Parakarry. Parakarry thanks him and pays him back by joining the party. He is seen at the beginning of ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]'', as he's delivering mail to the Mario Bros., telling them [[Peach]] is in [[Rogueport]].

HE has been known to lose many letters while flying over the Kingdom, leaving them scattered everywhere. Parakarry joins Mario on his adventure after meeting up with him on Mt. Rugged and asking him to help him find three letters he dropped in that area. After Mario finds them, he agrees to join Mario. Parakarry is able to carry Mario over short gaps for a short tme.  
 
By pressing C-Down, Mario can use his Air Lift to hover over places that don't have any solid ground. Due to Mario's weight, Parakarry can use his Air Lift on Mario for only a short time.

Parakarry is Mario's fourth party member in Paper Mario.

Parakarry is the Mushroom Kingdom's main mail koopa. He is a paratroopa who is good at his job, but often quite clumsy. HE has been known to lose many letters while flying over the Kingdom, leaving them scattered everywhere. Parakarry joins Mario on his adventure after meeting up with him on Mt. Rugged and asking him to help him find three letters he dropped in that area. After Mario finds them, he agrees to join Mario. Parakarry is able to carry Mario over short gaps for a short tme.

Attacks

Attack Flower Points Needed Effect To Attack
Sky Dive None Kicks one enemy while airborne. Press A right before landing.
Shell Shot 3 Retreats into his shell and shoots himself at an enemy. Hold the Control Stick to the left to aim at the target, then release.
Air Lift 3 Lifts enemies out of battlefield. Outside of battle, Mario can use this attack to hover over short distances due to his (Mario's) weight. Press A repeatedly.
Air Raid 6 Parakarry will fly around like crazy, inflicting damage to all the enemies. Repeatedly tilt the Control Stick to the left to fill the gauge.
