The music used is a slightly sped up version of Palm Tree Paradise's theme from Wario Land 4.
Gameplay
A man on a unicycle is in the middle of the screen, holding up a pile of packages. The player must move the man left and right to keep the bricks from tipping over. In level one, the pile is four blocks tall; in level two, six blocks tall; and in level three, eight blocks tall.
