- Rosalina's Ice World is the only new course of Mario Kart 7 which doesn't involve air gliding.
- In Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, if the Luigis manage to reach more than 99 floors on the Endless mode of the ScareScraper, the game will stop counting at 99.
- Princess Peach was considered to appear as a playable fighter in Punch-Out Wii, but the idea was dropped due to the issue of violence towards women.
