Gold Greenies are the gold version of Greenies in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. They have 20 HP and can be found usually in three or four levels in each mansion. They are hidden in furniture or objects and spring at Luigi when he shakes the furniture or object. They do not attack Luigi, but they attempt to escape upon being sighted. Capturing one yields a large amount of money.
Gold Greenies may be based off the Speedy Spirit from the first game, as the Speedy Spirit is also hard to find, tries to escape when found, and yields plenty of money when vacuumed. Also, Gold Greenies resemble gold ghosts from the first game.
Ghost Container Description
These greedy Greenies traded their slimy bodies for ones made of molten gold! Can't say I blame them.
