Template:Minigame-infobox BOWSER's Big Blast is a battle minigame in Mario Party 2. The game later appears in Mario Party 4, under the name Bowser's Bigger Blast.
Introduction
A Bowser bomb is put into place, followed by the camera zooming out and the four characters entering the area, along with the plungers appearing.
Gameplay
The game is a luck-based minigame. The players take turns pressing down the plungers connected to a massive Bowser bomb. The player is safe if a small burst of smoke comes from the bomb's "nostrils", and it detonates if the incorrect one is chosen, eliminating that player; another bomb is then put into place and the game continues. At the beginning there are five plungers of varying colors, and after a player is eliminated, the number decreases until three are left; if all plungers that aren't the detonator are chosen, they are reset. The last player remaining is the winner.
In-Game Text
- Game Rules: "Take turns pressing the plungers. If Bowser blows up on you, you're out. Last one standing wins!"
- Advice: "Just because a plunger detonated Bowser once doesn't mean it will again... Or does it? Give it a try!"
