Gold Greenies are the gold version of Greenies in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. They have 20 HP. They can usually be found in three or four levels in each mansion, they are hidden in furniture or objects and will spring out at Luigi when he shakes the furniture or object. They do not attack Luigi but attempt to run from him. They yield a large amount of money when vacuumed. If Luigi does not get the Gold Greenie, the Gold Greenie escapes.
Gold Greenies may be based off the Speedy Spirit from the first game, as they are hard to find, escape when found, and yield plenty of money when vacuumed.
