That's easy. First, you copy the code of either an official SMW userbox or ask someone for theirs. Take mine, for example;

This user has declared eternal allegiance (I mean, befriended) Goomba (talk).

You copy the code, which is this;

{{Userboxp|border=#630|mainbkgd=#F90|codebkgd=#630|codecolor=brown|code=[[File:PaperGoomba.jpg|75px]]|msg=This user has declared eternal allegiance (I mean, befriended) [[User:Goomba|Goomba]] ([[User talk:Goomba|talk]]).}}

...and then right before and right after it, add the codes {{userboxtop}} and {{userboxbottom}}.

If you did it correctly, this should be the final result;

Yeah, but remember the {{userboxtop}} and {{userboxbottom}} codes. Oh, and I forgot to mention, if you get more userboxes, paste their codes before the {{userboxbottom}} code, but after the {{userboxtop}} code.
