A Pal Pill is a very helpful item used in the video game for the Wii Super Paper Mario. Once the player uses the item, a capsule will release and shoot out an army of mini 8-bit version of the current character that will act as a miniature army. If you encounter an enemy the mini army will jump on them and kill it. if the pal pills get hit by an enemy they will die.
