I live in BONNIE SCOTLAND! (insert stereotypical Scottish phrases here) Scotland is a wonderful place, home of not only me, but good old O'Chunks! Of course, YEH CRAZED LOON, I'm the world's biggest O'Chunks fan!! I am 13 years old, and just in the hope that you will celebrate, my birthday is the 22nd of December. But, PLEASE, don't ask me what it's like having a birthday so close to Christmas, it's just SO ANNOYING. I mean, who even cares? It's like these people are discriminating the very day I entered this world, and trying to tell me to go back in time and be born sometime else! So I hope you will sympathize with me over here. Ahem, my rants aside, I am usually a quiet person (well, at least in real life) and here I just try to get along and be merry. I fix spelling/grammar mistakes and the like. I upload the odd file, and usually it gets deleted for some reason or another. (well, at least on Bulbapedia) I've created a couple of pages. Like, two. But numbers aren't important. I am currently learning Scottish Gaelic and German at school, and am teaching myself Japanese. Sad as it sounds, I learn a lot of it through anime. I watch Pokémon subbed online. I also play the violin. (and it's blue and sparkly!!) This page might get a little long, and may contain a lot of commas (I use too many...), exclamation marks (YAY!!) and brackets (I'd cut down, but it's fun!!) Me and Nintendo File:MSOG.PNG The one that started it all... I am a VERY big Nintedo fan, but have only been since I first got my Wii, about a year (2 years??) after it's launch. As an early birthday present, I got Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games. I was hesitant at first, I mean, I used to see the Mario and Sonic cartoons when I was browsing the channels, and I just said that they were 'rubbish boy's programmes'. Now I just want to slap myself for not getting into this earlier! Imagine if I was a Pokémon fan for all those years! All the Rocketshippy episodes I missed! (well, the dub is awful, so that doesn't really matter anymore) So, as I was saying, I tried it, and it was like 'wow, this is cool!'. I remember being last in swimming and seeing Peach cry on the floor. I remember doing the hurdles against my granny. I was Shadow, she was Dr. Eggman, who provided me with so much laughter. (I mean, seriously, Dr. EGGMAN?! Robotnik was much better) So, I got into Mario, and Sonic to some extent, and it just got better and better. But I still remember being more excited about getting Wii Music than getting Super Mario Galaxy! One day, I was looking for games for my (not gonna say in case I get in trouble!) when I saw some Pokémon games. I thought, why not, let's try them. So I did. Admittedly, I was awful, but it was fun all the same. But it was when I got Black, I realised just how freaking epic this series was. And one day (wow, I say that a lot), I turned on the TV. There was nothing to watch, and my Dad found 'Pokémon Battle Dimension' on CITV. It was naff, but it was actually quite good. It was confusing, though. I just saw this orange monkey (Charmander) crying and watching its friends shout for it while they were trapped in these glass tubes. Then there was a talking cat with a coin on its head (Meowth). And a snake (Seviper). Yeah, that's basically what I saw when I watched that episode. Turns out I enjoyed it. I mean, sure, it was the last 2 minutes of it, but I enjoyed it. Same time, next day, I watched it again. I saw a green cactus thing (Cacnea) punching a giant vegetable (Carnivine) and that monkey. Then there was a battle, and then I saw... HIM. James, or as I would later call him, Kojiro! It was a sad episode. He released his Sabonea (Cacnea) and was crying. This episode left me hooked. My new obsession had begun. And with Zelda, it just came. I had tried a few games for my DS, and had played a bit of Majora's Mask on an emulator. When Skyward Sword was coming out, I was interested. I had read about it in ONM (the Official Nintendo Magazine) and it got excellent reviews. I was really into Nintendo by now, and it seemed ridiculous not to buy it. I had never properly played a Zelda game, and if it got such amazing reviews, there was no reason not to. I tried it, and I loved it. I still haven't finished it, I've been busy with Ocarina of Time lately. (I'm at the shadow temple) What I Like I like Nintendo. That's about it. Wait, actually there's more. I really like Vocaloid. I just love the way they sound (especially Miku!) My dream is to go to a real Vocaloid concert! My favourite Vocaloid is Hatsune Miku, but Kagamine Rin, Kasane Teto and Akita Neru are cool too. My favourite song is either World is Mine or Love is War. However, Matryoshka and Triple Baka come very close. And PANTSU Nugeru Mon (I used the Japanese name, because the translation is.. weird). And Two-Faced Lovers. I Refuse and Romeo and Cinderella come close too... Any one else here a Vocaloid fan? (Scroll to the bottom to see my favourite songs) I... actually don't know what else to say here. Nintendo, Vocaloid and... Ah, I've got it! I love rabbits. Especially Harley, he's my rabbit, and he's so sweet (well, not when he forgets to use his litter box...). While we're on the subject, I love reading, and my favourite book is Watership Down. After that, it's probably one of Agatha Christie's Poirot books. Fun fact - I've never read Harry Potter and I've only seen 2 minutes of the first film before I put it off. It was bad. I'm into manga, especially Pokémon Adventures, Tokyo Mew Mew, Ouran High School Host Club and that Hatsune Miku one I forgot the name of. (Something about a 'mix') I've read a bit of Super Mario-kun on Mangafox. It was weird. I mean, he beat Iggy Koopa by waiting until he his his head in his shell, then used some glue to keep it there. Really masterful. Such sheer skill. And poor Iggy! Hope it wasn't super glue!! *runs to save Iggy* I also love Professor Layton. I don't actually have a favourite character, but I think Luke is cute, and Emmy is really cool. But I love the Professor too, and his hat! And Flora used to be my favourite, but then they gave her a speaking role and her voice has ticked me off. She gets kind of annoying after the first two games, anyway. I also love *SPOILERS* Clive. You know future Luke in the Lost Future? It's really some dude called Clive. Yeah, I kinda ruined the ending. Well, the ending's even more sad. Not the bit with Clair, but that is sad. The bit after the credits. (Luke's crying and it's so SAD!!!) I love Animal Crossing too, especially Tom, Bunnie, Tangy and Carmen. If you want to visit my town, ask and I'll give you my friend code. I've got Wii Speak, but I can't use it at the moment. I have all three games, and I'm getting Jump Out (the 3DS game). The other games I like are Rhythm Paradise, some Sonic games, the Sims for PC, Smash Bros. and I've got some Metroid games (which I haven't even played yet ^^; And I still haven't played Little King's Story after about a year or two!!) What I Don't Get Some people see a hero, an idol, someone to look up to and admire. But me - I just see a fat guy lying on the ground. What's with all these Wario fans? I mean, I'm not complaining, but is he really that great? *hides before Wario fans attack* And another thing, why Lemmy? Seriously, why? He's just the annoying midget one, in my opinion. Ludwig, Iggy and Larry are way better! I do love Lemmy, just as much as I love the other Koopalings (well, maybe not as much as Ludwig, Iggy and Larry), but what is so great about him? He's cute, but I just don't get it. He has his own website! Why???? Please someone, SAVE ME FROM THIS INSANITY! And Funky Kong. Just, why? Everytime I go online to play Mario Kart Wii, I find all these people with stars not only on the Wii Wheel, but in their name. And all of them play as Funky Kong. And all these people who have 'world records', when all they do is drive into a wall. Somehow, that is a world record. Still, I love watching the replays of people doing that Coconut Mall glitch, and that Wario's Gold Mine one. I've tried to replicate it, and failed. It wasn't good. Why must all Mario t-shirts be made for little boys? I went to Asda, and found a t-shirt with the Koopalings on it. (well, only Iggy, Larry, Ludwig and Roy, but those are the good ones. It also had Bowser and Jr.) The t-shirt didn't fit me, of course but it has left me just so frustrated! Looks like I'm just gonna have to print my own... Seriously. Guy called Ludwig. Clue's in the name. Give him a German accent. If you don't, this fireball's coming right at you. <rant> And while we're talking about Koopalings, why does Roy always have to have a Brooklyn accent? I mean, seriously, can a guy be tough and NOT have a Brooklyn accent, for just once?!I actually like the cartoons (I mean, come on, Kooky's hair is awesome, and you got to love his laugh!), but I hate it when people treat the Koopalings like they're the same as they are in the games. To me, they're completely different characters, and they are. They have different names, different appearances and different personalities from other materials, so it's not canon to the games. It's when people start to make up stuff like 'Morton's nickname is Big Mouth' and that kind of thing that makes me mad. YOU CAN'T MERGE TWO CANONS TOGETHER! (and yes, I know there's no official canon, but I'm just stating my opinion) Larry isn't Cheatsy! Lemmy isn't Hip! Ludwig isn't Kooky! (shame he ain't as cute as Kooky...) </rant> But come on, it's a well known fact that Ludwig needs a German accent. Why, of all accents, did they give him an English one in NSMBW? I've completed it on two save files and am working on a third. Best bit - Seeing the new and improved Koopalings, and actually seeing them interact with Jr. and their father. Glad to see the return of the Tanooki Suit! Best bit - Basically everything is epic in this game Worst bit - finding out that the Koopalings were going to appear, but were replaced by Boom Boom and Pom Pom. How dare they. Favourite character - Kitsune Luigi. Best bit - Rainbow Road Worst bit - One thing, why? Why replace Waluigi with a fat bee, a powered up version of Mario, and a catterpillar? I liked Waluigi :( And why did they change Rosalina's voice? She's meant to be quiet and lonesome, not hyper and childish. The lack of characters also displeases me. Mario Kart on a handheld just doesn't work. Favourite character - Peach, Daisy, my Mii. I can only play as Rosalina if I turn the sound off Rating - File:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNG In a word - sub-par Super Mario Galaxy 2 - I love this game. I preodered it and it even came with a t-shirt! It was so annoying, though. My friend came over and she wouldn't let me play it because it was boring. We're not friends anymore. Best bit - Throwback Galaxy. Easily the best level in the whole world. And all the Super Mario World music. Worst bit - No matter how hard it tried, it couldn't beat the thing that is Mario Galaxy 1. Favourite character - Yoshi!!! Compared to every other character, he was definitely the best in this game. He helped so much in the last Bowser level, and was just so cute!! Rating - File:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNG In a word - Sequel-tastic Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story - I love Bowser, so it's inevitable that I love this game. I love his interactions with Starlow, or 'Chippy'. But I find his overuse of the word 'crud' somewhat irksome. Best bit - All of it! But I'm stuck at the final battle!! Worst bit - When I do finish it... Favourite character - Hmm, I wonder. Although Starlow comes second for her awesomeness. New Super Mario Bros. 2 - I got this game a day before it came out because I preordered, and I finished it the next day! It's a great game though, even if it is a tad easy... Best bit - Everytime the Koopalings appeared on screen. And the bit when they help Bowser in the final battle. First they all laugh, then they fly off, then Iggy laughs, just for the sake of laughing! (kinda like me... I laugh far too much) And the credits were awesome. But Ludwig looked so depressed! Worst bit - Ludwig's battle. It was so cruel! You had to knock him off the chains and then stomp on him when he's all dizzy! Favourite character - If you don't know by now, I'm afraid there's something horribly wrong with you. Rating - File:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNGFile:Star.PNG In a word - REZNORZZZZZ! Expect more of these at some point </islazy> My Favourite Characters The Koopalings I love the Koopalings, as you have probably already noticed. I love their characters, and personalities, and just how individual everyone of them is. Even from the tiny tidbits of information we have gathered, they all have individual personalities and specific characteristics. This information is from my headcanon, and is basically how I see the Koopalings. One day, if I get good enough, I might put this into a fanfiction, but I highly doubt it. I'm awful. File:Larry NSMBWii.png Just look at his happy little face! Larry Koopa - The youngest, and my third favourite. He's often ignored and forgotten about, due to his place as the youngest. His siblings aren't always very nice to him, but he knows they all love him really. He's a bit of an optimist and doesn't let things like that bother him. He can be lonesome, but he likes to be by himself sometimes. He's also a bit of a coward, though. He's quite close with Lemmy, Iggy and Ludwig, and Wendy to some extent. He's very kind to his family, and almost everyone else (but not Mario). He is a good listener, and his siblings like to share their problems with him. But he's still kinda like Cheatsy in a way, always sneaking about and getting into trouble. He can be a bit childish sometimes. Age - 11 File:Morton 1.jpg Typical tough guy, isn't he? What an ignoramus. Take away the 't' and his name's 'Moron' Morton Koopa Jr. - He's the second youngest and tries to be tough. He likes to hang out with Roy and Wendy, even though he often engages in fights with the latter. He has more brawn than brain, much like his father, and being strong is the most important aspect to one's life in his opinion. Pom Pom has a crush on him, but he's far too ignorant to notice. Morton likes nothing more than picking a fight, and is the bully of the family. He enjoys making fun of everyone and everything, even if they're older than him. Age - 12 This picture's way better than her NSMBW artwork (does she ever smile?) Wendy O. Koopa - She's the third youngest. Even though she wears make-up and other girly things, she's not afraid to get dirty and fight. She isn't just a spoiled brat like in the cartoons, and she gets on well with her brothers, and doesn't mind not having any sisters. She has a strong rivalry with Pom Pom (wow, I keep bringing her up, don't I?) and other females around Bowser's Castle. She can be a bit explosive, though, often getting enraged by things such as Ludwig's music, and Iggy's insane experiments. She spends most of her time trying to convince Iggy he's crazy, which he denies. (don't ask me how I come up with all this junk) She grew up as a strange tomboy/girly-girl combo, due to the abundance of males in the castle. Age - 12 File:Iggy.jpg I don't care if he's nuts! He's my second favourite Koopaling, no matter what! And, as I have said numerous times, he's cute! :3 Iggy Koopa - He's the middle child. He likes experimenting, but almost all of his inventions and creations go wrong somehow and cause disaster, usually thanks to his siblings. He get on well with most of his siblings, but especially Lemmy and Ludwig. Not many of his siblings understand and appreciate his inventive genius, except Ludwig, who often assists him with his inventions. Roy attacks him a lot, but he says he's just 'kidding around', which is pretty doubtful. He's very clever, but not as much as Ludwig. (naturally) He's my second favourite. He's cute, but he can be a bit crazy at times. (or just downright nuts) I love his voice in the NSMB series and his pet Chain Chomp. Why is there no official name for it?! I've grown to love his little taunt, and I spend most of my time replaying his castle level just for the sound of his insane laughter. (Laughing at birds outside the window? That's awesome) Age - 13 File:Roy 1.jpg Once again, what's with the Brooklyn accent?! Roy Koopa - Roy is the third oldest, and likes to chill out. He used to be the tough guy, but when Morton came along, he got him to do the fighting for him. He's content and likes to just relax, but is a strong fighter. He basically owns Morton, and Morton practically worships him. Sometimes Roy will take advantage of him in this way, making him do ridiculous things for entertainment, but Morton, being the least intelligent of the family, never even questions. He often ridicules his siblings, and finds them particulary 'lame'. His hobbies include facepalming, rolling his eyes and sighing. He gets on well with everyone in his family to some extent, but he has limits. Age - 13 File:LemmyNSMBWii.png Okay, so I admit it - he is cute. Lemmy Koopa - He's the second oldest, but acts like a clown. He likes to be playful, and he spends most of his time rolling and jumping on his favourite ball. His antics often cause trouble, such as crushing Ludwig's piano, making holes in the floor and rolling uncontrollably through the castle. He's silly and childish, but he never fails to provide entertainment when things start to go wrong. He's best friends with Iggy, and he also gets on well with Larry. He's very clumsy, and often causes trouble, but he's still good at fighting. Age - 13 File:Ludwig NSMBWii.png The. Best. Koopaling. Got it? Ludwig von Koopa - He's the oldest, and the most intelligent of all the Koopalings. He is a musician, and spends a lot of his time composing on the piano. He puts himself in charge of the Koopalings, and, like Iggy, has quite an inventive mind. He is quite vain (why shouldn't he be? He's the best!) but still gets on well with his siblings. Although, sometimes, he finds them immature and pretty idiotic. He gets on best with Roy and Iggy, but he finds Morton annoying. He pities Larry sometimes, and finds he is one of his only siblings who he can talk to openly, due to his appreciative nature. He can be cruel, though, and is the strongest. Ludwig's often quiet and spends a lot of his time thinking, and anyone who disturbs him is in for trouble. When his father is away, he usually locks himself in his room, to avoid his sibling's chaos. He has a strong disliking to loud music, and instead prefers quiet classical music. He's not always serious and boring, and finds enjoyment quite easily. He also has a German accent (woo! German accents rule!) and he is my ultimate favourite Koopaling. I like intelligent people. Anyway, who doesn't love him? It seems Ludwig is extremely popular, but that's no surprise, of course. Age - 14 Bowser Jr. File:Bowserjr MP9.png Aww! What an adorable little devil! :3 I used to hate him. I don't know why, but I did. But he's so cuuuute! But he can get annoying, especially to his brothers and sister, because he's always treated as more special than the others. He is the next king of the Koopa kingdom. Jr. is childish, but likes to act tough and make his father proud. He is treated specially, and is the envy of his whole family. I just love the way he interacts with his kids and his minions, especially in M&L:BIS. And his rivalry with Fawful and Midbus is cool too. I just love how loyal his minions are to him. Like when the Goombas were trapped in that cage and they knew Bowser would rescue them. And I like how sometimes he becomes the good guy. He's funny, too. I could fill this whole page with stuff about Bowser, but I'll spare you your life. (or shall I? *insertevillaughterhere*) Peach, Daisy and Rosalina Best girl in a video game ever I'm a girl, so I like girls in games. I like Peach. She has lots of character. She's really kind, but very authoriative and stern. She's good at reasoning as well. And I like pink, so her dress is awesome. I also like Daisy. It's nice to see a princess with a bit of spunk. She's a sporty character, but can she at least get another actual game? Well, at least it's one more than Waluigi. I love Rosalina the best. She's mysterious and pretty, and I love her story from the book in Galaxy. She's lonely, and I like her deep, quiet voice, not her MK7 voice. It's too happy. Mimi's a spoiled girly-girl, O'Chunks is a dimwit, Nastasia sort of loves Bleck, Dimentio's snarky, Bleck's quite sentimental (and also just plain mental - he speaks in the 3rd person), and Mr. L's like a daring highwayman. I also love Fawful. Fawful is just so good. He'll never wear out as a character. If he's not at least an assist trophy in the next Smash Bros., I'm going to be very disappointed in you, Nintendo. I also love Waluigi. The guy's a legend, but sometimes he really needs to shut up. All he seems to talk about is people cheating! Kooky von Koopa Just look at those eyes! Go on, tell me he isn't cute. Go on. Me and my Bob-ombs are waiting. This guy is the best. He's completely unique from Ludwig, and he's cute too!! And his laugh is dynamite! (Y'know, I used to love Kojiro, well, 'James', for his crazy laugh too) He's about the only Koopaling that was in most of the episodes! And he was always hanging out with his Dad, just being the smartest and all. I love 'Toddler Terrors of Time Travel' for the sole reason that he has such a big role.
