Re-Stubborn Toad

I wasn't trying to vandalize your edit, but rather to make connections to the former article. There are two Super Toad pages that could be available with one being Toad's fire form (that has a page) and his "super" form (which he shares a page with the other characters). I understand that you may have seen the case differently and that these similarities should be left alone, but calling someone "stubborn" for making a change in your edits is not the best way to go. Anyways, I'm unsure if we should leave the pages without making some relation to each other (eg Super Luigi! and Super Mario! are pretty much the same cases), but I'll leave it for now.
