The official name will/may come in the Prima Guide once the game is release in America, so it best just the name leave for now. L151
I believe it should be called "Dry Piranha Plant".

I think this should be moved to Skeletal Piranha Plant. After all, Undead Goomba will probably be moved to Skull Goomba.
