Gameplay
The player must use the Game Boy Advance's tilt to move a mallet and hit the puck back to Wario.
- Level 1: Wario hits a puck, hit it back.
- Level 2: Wario hits a puck much faster, hit it back.
- Level 3: Wario hits 2 pucks, hit them back.
A minimum of 15 points is required to clear this.

- There are four souvenirs based on this game: Spitz Hockey, Ana Hockey, Unfair Hockey, and Eternal Wario Hockey.
