Pit or Platter is a Free-for-All minigame featured in Mario Party 9.
Introduction
The ball drops onto the captain's plate. The screen splits to show all players.
Gameplay
Players try to earn the highest score by maneuvering the ball into glowing areas without it falling off the plate. For every consecutive score without the ball falling off, the value of each score is increased, up to 5 points per score. If the ball falls off the plate, then the score value is reset to 1 point per score. The player with the highest score after 30 seconds wins.
