After saving, the Toad in the Goal Star will ask the player to start from World 1, but they must say No. It is a fake Toad and it will transform to three Baby Bowsers. They will challenge the player to a Shell Shocked game where it's all three of them against him or her. After the Bowser bunch have been defeated, they will run away, and the Toad that was at the save point will come and give the player some rewards.
