Attention Grabber is a Duel minigame in Mario Party 8.

Introduction

The camera will be zoomed out on an island, and then will zoom in through the forest, onto the beach, where Player 1 is standing. Then the screen will divide up, and the game will begin.

Gameplay

There is a ship in the distance, and the players are marooned on an island. The objective is to get the attention of the ship, and make it come to shore faster than the other. The player can wave their hands simply by waving the Wii Remote. The first player to get the ship to shore wins.

Ending

The winner will then swim to the ship, and get on board.

Trivia

  • An attention grabber is a person who likes to draw attention.
