The entry contains the following parameters:

Link - the link to the actual archived proposal.
Title - the name of the proposal which contains a link to the proposal's sub-page.
Creator - the user(s) who made the proposal.
End date - when the proposal ended.
Color - the corresponding color that fits the results of the proposal.

The color of the entry basically tells you the condition of the proposal:

Red (enter as "Salmon) - Failed, no change was made.
Green (enter as "SpringGreen") - Passed, change was made, result is currently enforced.
Yellow (enter as "Gold") - Proposal itself failed, but proposed changes are currently enforced.
Blue (enter as "SkyBlue") - Passed, but is no longer enforced or applicable.
Grey (enter as "Silver") - Proposal cancelled by proposer.
Purple (enter as "Orchid") - Proposal cancelled by admins.
