Sickly green dead versions of Pokeys
Poison Pokeys are a sub-species of Pokey that extremely resemble Pokey Mummies and appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. However, the two are completely different species, as Pokey Mummies are actually just dead Pokeys. Poison Pokeys are found at the Riverside Station and the Pit of 100 Trials in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
They may be fought like you would a Pokey, but are stronger and can induce poison.
