Kenta Nagata (Nicknamed gon in 1080° Snowboarding) is a Japanese composer that works for Nintendo. He is proficient with the piano and bass. Kenta Nagata joined Nintendo in 1996 and his latest composition is for Wii Music[1]. In the Mario series, he is most notable for his works in Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Super Mario 64 DS and Mario Kart 7.
