- Super Mario Bros. 3 lose theme
- Super Mario Bros. overworld/lose theme
- Donkey Kong level start theme
- 2nd level difficulty: The player must conduct the band (Mario, Luigi, Link, Toad and Pit) to play short music such as:
- Super Mario Bros. 3 level goal theme
- Mario Bros. main theme
- Dr. Mario level settings theme
- Clu Clu Land main theme
- 3rd level difficulty: The player must conduct the band (Mario, Luigi, Link, Pit, Samus, Peach and Donkey Kong) to play long music such as:
- Kid Icarus underworld theme
- Super Mario Bros. level goal theme
- Excitebike main theme
