- In Paper Mario, if Peach uses the Sneaky Parasol right as she gets caught by a Koopatrol guard, they'll take the disguised Peach back to the room (she appears standing up) and toss her down normally.
- Reflecting is the only microgame that doesn't have its name shown in WarioWare: D.I.Y.
- In the Japanese and European versions of Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, the Shroob-omb has the highest amount of HP of any enemy in the game, including the its final boss, Elder Princess Shroob.
- One of Bowser's alternate colors in Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the same color scheme as Morton's original artwork from Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World.
