Eriko Ibe is a Japanese voice actress who voiced was the voice of Toad in Mario Kart 64 (only in the Japanese version) and in the games Mario Party, Mario Party 2 and Mario Party 3 and many characters such as Toad, Yoshi, Baby Bowser, Bowser, and much more.
