The Fryguy Kindergarten is, as it's name would imply, is a school for juvenile Fryguys (possibly Mini Fryguys) that was featured in the Nintendo Comics System issue, "Duh Stoopid Bomb!".
The Fryguy Kindergarten is apparently located directly under Bowser's throne room in his castle. It seems that anyone who displeases Bowser is dumped in the Fryguy Kindergarten through the use of a hidden trapdoor underneath the floor of the throne room.
