The Hoohooligans are an elliptical people that inhabit Hoohoo Village. They have facial features reminiscent of a bowling ball (i.e. they have three holes in their heads, two for eyes and one for a mouth). Their civilization is apparently very old; the ancient Hoohooligans wrote jokes in an ancient language called Hooroglyphy and constructed the Hoohooros.
