Trial by Tile appears as an extra mini-game in the Extras Zone in Mario Party 8. The player can use either the original Mario Characters or the Miis from the Wii console to play this game. A series of tiles appear on the left, and the player must find those tiles on the right, using the Wiimote as the cursor.
Trivia
- The minigame name is a pun on "Trial by fire".
