The Super Boots are found in Boo's Mansion in Paper Mario and The Great Tree in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They increase the power of Mario's Jump attack and allow him to do the trademark Spin Jump in and out of battle. This allows you to break boxes, wooden trap doors, and use a more powerful First Strike. In Paper Mario, the Spin Jump becomes part of Mario's basic jump attack, while the Super Boots in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door grant him an extra attack named Spin Jump. Once Mario finds the Ultra Boots, however, he loses the Super Boots.
