Chikako.
Chikako (also known as "Glitter") floats about in the waters of the Muda Kingdom of Sarasaland, waiting for Mario to run into it like some sort of underwater mine (which it might just happen to be). They can be shot ten times with the Marine Pop's torpedoes to destroy it, awarding Mario with an extra 800 points.
Chikako seem to only appear in Level 4-3, the Marine Pop level.
