The Floodgate Handle is a small handle to work the floodgate Pirate's Grotto, in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Once open, Mario can use Boat Mode to sail through and reach Cortez. The handle is on one of the wrecked ships floating in the water.
