Cactuar in Mario Hoops 3-on-3.
Cactuars are part of the Square-Enix Final Fantasy series. However, this Cactuar appears in Mario Hoops 3-on-3 game. The Cactuar is an unlockable character.
He is unlocked by first unlocking Glare Desert, the final court in Star Cup. Then you must play the court in exhibition mode. A green lump in the ground may be there. Dribble the ball over the bump a few times and Cactuar will pop out of the sand and run away. Afterwards, win the exhibition match, and he's unlocked.
