Bizzy is a blue-skinned man living on Flipside's B1 Floor. Mario encountered him during his adventures of Super Paper Mario. Bizzy is a magazine editor who is constantly just scraping by to his deadline. He's so scatterbrained, he's never actually even spoken to his staff writer. Bizzy can usually be found near the beveragarium. Bizzy also likes fishing, but must not be very good at it because his best catch is a ten-inch boot. Also, after Chapter 1, if Mario talks to him, he shouts at him, claiming there is no Void in the sky.
