The rooms in this floor are relatively easy. Only [[Toss Kong]]s appear in this floor. The items in this room include only coins and hammers. The plus rooms are much harder and adds the [[Mini Spear Guy]] and the [[Mini Snifit]] enemies.
Being the first floor, all the levels are relatively simple and easy, allowing the player to adjust to the game mechanics. The only enemy to appear on this floor is the [[Toss Kong]], not posing any possible threat.. The plus rooms are slightly harder than the normal floor, with each level being significantly bigger, and the addition of [[Mini Spear Guy]]s and[[Mini Snifit]]s.
This is the first level where you meet Toss Kong, The coins, and the hammers.
 
The backdrop depicts a blue sky and green hills all painted onto a metal wall, with fake clouds hung from ropes scrolling across the roof. For the plus world, the only difference is the different colored sky.

Mini Mayhem is the first floor in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!.

Being the first floor, all the levels are relatively simple and easy, allowing the player to adjust to the game mechanics.
