When a Very Goonie gets swallowed and then spat out, it loses its wings and becomes a Bowling Goonie. Bowling Goonies just roll around the level. They can be defeated with a ground-pound. They only appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its remake, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3.

For some odd reason, Yoshi can eat Very Goonies, and yet he can't eat Bowling Goonies.
