Merge Hopgoon with Frogoon
Template:SettledTPP DON'T MERGE 2-18
I don't see too much of a reason to have Frogoon and Hopgoon in separate articles. The only difference between the two is their movements. Apart from that, having them in separate articles seems redundant.
