You're not autoconfirmed yet, so you can't create pages (including your userpage). You should be able to edit most pages, but my guess is that you've only tried editing major or high-traffic pages like Mario, which autoconfirmed users can not edit (this prevents spammers from joining and immediately vandalizing our high-traffic pages). You just need to make ten edits and you'll be able to make your userpage and edit all the major articles. - Walkazo 09:48, 17 January 2011 (EST)
